Eight years ago, I was living in resistance & in the dark about birth & the female body. I was struggling with hormone imbalance, feeling lost & confused about the direction of my life. I quit my 9-5, gave away most of my things & let go of a park-side apartment to move to the Oregon redwoods.
Now, I'm living in alignment with my dynamic female cycles & in alignment with what lights me up--> showing up in service of women that are wanting to make the same leap from toxic social "norms" about health, wealth & lifestyle to embrace their version of living in alignment with their bodies + their lives.
